I locked myself out of my house on Christmas Eve and the technician, I think he was the owner, was at my house within 20 minutes of the call that I placed to him. He was very efficient and knowledgeable. As a bonus he was really funny and turned what could have been a bad situation into one of the best parts of my day. I had a lock that I had misplaced the key for that contained some iportant papers. John Crow, the locksmith, looked at the lock and literally within seconds had the lock opened for me. I aked him how much I owed him for his services and hesmiled and said to have a great day and would not let me pay him anything for what he did. Can't say enough about these guys. Unprecedented response time, professionalism, expertise, and customer service. We called Mr. Crowe at 9:30 p.m. when our guests were locked out from our beach condo. He answered the phone and was on the scene in ten minutes, diagnosed the problem and got our guests in within minutes. I wish I could give Mr. Crowe 6 stars. He got to me within hours, as it was not an emergency. He called me back in minutes. And re-keyed two locks in 15 minutes and made 12 keys. He doesn't take cards, so have cash or check on hand. All told, this guy is the best. Call him.
